Eligibility and Terms
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Your item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products must not have been resized, customized, altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Atelier Taore. Please note that we provide resizing service for free and customers can send items that needed to be resized via courier at customers’ expense both ways.
  • Customers must email our customer service within 15 working days from the date of receipt and prior to mailing out the return parcel to initiate returns or exchanges. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the request.
  • Exchanges for another design are allowed within 30 days; however, no refunds will be provided.
  • All refunds by Atelier Taore will not include the sales charges depending on the mode of payment.
  • We do not offer refunds if the parcel is returned due to refused delivery or failure to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper acceptance and payment for their order.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or situations where the customer no longer needs the item, regardless of the reason or delivery timeframe.
  • Atelier Taore reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that we believe may violate our Return and Exchange Policy, or if returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition.
  • Please note: products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Custom designs

Return and Exchange Process
  • Contact our customer service team at customer@ateliertaore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • We will get back to you with the RMA and return address within 1-2 business days.
  • Carefully package your item and include the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Please also include your order number to facilitate the waiting process.
  • Detailed process for return or exchange by mail:
    1. Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible.
    2. Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return. Let us know your reason for return on the packing slip – we're always looking for ways to do it better!
    3. Stick the pre-printed return label on the center of the box and your pre-printed return address on the top left corner of the box.
    4. Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.


Refund
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return eligibility criteria by our Quality Assurance team.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Shipping Cost
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
