We offer various shipping methods to cater to your specific needs. Our FREE Standard Shipping option ensures delivery within 7-14 business days. For those who require their jewelry sooner, we also offer Expedited Shipping, which guarantees delivery within 3-6 business days. Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional charges.

Kindly note that due to holidays, your shipping might be delayed.

 

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. To provide you with the most accurate shipping cost, please enter your shipping address during the checkout process. The shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase (if any).

 

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipping. We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

For orders with customization and personalization, additional 5 days of processing time is needed on top of the shipping time.

However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in order processing. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. Simply click on the provided link or enter the tracking number on our website's tracking page to stay updated on your order's status.

 

Tax and Customs

We are proud to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total cost of your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

 

Failed Delivery

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at customer@ateliertaore.com immediately. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that Taore is not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided (such as insufficient apartment / building details, errors in order address, contact number or recipient name). Under these cases, we cannot refund your order. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@ateliertaore.com before your order leaves our warehouse – please provide your order number and correct information up front so we can make the corrections.
